To get the most effective source of antioxidants you need to consume more fresh fruit and obviously those fruits that are rich in vitamins C and E will be best. You should also stay away from grilled foods as much of the content resulting from grilled food will reduce the available antioxidants to the body.
Food allergies usually subside quickly when you remove the bad foods from your diet and replace them with good healthy foods. When food related allergies are removed the body finds its natural balance and you will become very aware that you are feeling well and relaxed and generally at peace with the world. You will probably notice improved sleep too, which often results from a body that is working well and healthy.
Of course, this is not a guarantee that any kind of diet will cure Vitiligo, but you can at least be assured that it will not worsen as a result of bad food, poor diet and food related allergies.
